Holdings
At least 65% of the fund’s assets are invested in common
stocks. It may also invest in convertibles, preferred stocks, U.S.
government securities, bonds and cash equivalents.
Non-U.S. Holdings
The fund may invest up to 25% of its assets in securities
of issuers established outside the U.S.

companies that they believe have sound fundamentals and sustainable competitive advantages. As of its fiscal year end on 12/31/25, the fund’s portfolio included investments in approximately 295 companies.
